The organisation with primary responsibility for a Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) should notify NHMRC of any change of details for the HREC and/or for the organisation(s) which has responsibility for the HREC.
This form is used to notify NHMRC of one or more of the following changes:
For changes in HREC membership, registered HRECs only need to advise of changes to the chairperson (using this form). However, organisations and HRECs that are certified under NHMRC's National Certification Scheme of Institutional Processes related to the Ethical Review of Multi-centre Research are required to advise of all membership changes (by emailing HREC.admin@nhmrc.gov.au).
